Finally adding my proposal here that was shared previously in the Teia (formerly H=N) Community Discord.
Incorporating multiple self monitoring and self propelled segments within the structure based on skill or equity experience should bring an inclusive and accountable community led base to the platform. I have included room for flexibility and for the long term health of the community and its members to prevent burnout as well as to facilitate learning, growth and collaboration.
